I recently popped in to see the American Vintage showroom in London. Whilst there the team asked me to pick out a few of my favourite pieces and then from that we created a pretty perfect capsule wardrobe. As usual I was obsessed with coats and theirs are really nice whether you’re looking for a great trench coat or fancy a biker jacket with a twist (in wool) they have it. A coat for me can completely alter an outfit so having a good variety is essential. I was so amazed by just how vast their collection is; I’ve always had American Vintage down as a great brand for jersey pieces but they go far beyond jersey. I picked out a stunning silk camisole, a pale grey mohair cardigan, black denim skinny jeans, a wool coat and a wool jacket, alongside some essential jersey pieces (of course).

I really can’t go far enough to explain just how incredible this brand is, I’m now a complete convert.
