Did you see my recent personal style post ‘Clear Views‘? It featured a pair of Ace & Tate‘s super minimalist Sebastian sunglasses in crystal. They sent me a few pairs of glasses and sunglasses from their SS15 chapters ‘Reckless Summer’ and ‘Summer Sunday’ to check out. I may have got a bit carried away playing around with them whilst over at my friend Jennifer’s gorgeous house. I love the idea of displaying my sunglasses in a quirky way, it’s just so boring seeing them in their cases always. These cute little wooden ‘Arch:You’ houses from Danish brand Applicata are just perfect for this purpose, now I just need to buy about 30 and then find somewhere in my little house to display them all!

I also think there’s just something so cool about a pair of classic tortoiseshell frames left casually on a sidetable/sofa/chair. What do you think? Am I going crazy? Maybe not my best idea, they’re bound to get sat on but I do like the idea of eyewear as an object to be displayed not just worn.
