The Gucci loafer has been around for decades but there’s something about these comfy masculine shoes that has seen them have a resurgence of late. Elin Kling was way ahead of the curve, being an early advocate she opted for the men’s shoe when she couldn’t find a nice pair of flats in her size. I’ve spotted many a fashion editor rocking them, including Géraldine Saglio. And, all my favourite fashion girls are wearing them, Lizzy from Shot From The Street, Lucy from Fashion Me Now, Pernille from Look de Pernille. Believe me when I tell you that these girls do not get it wrong (not in my book)!

Will you, won’t you? Brixton, Jordaan or the Horsebit? Furry, backless or traditional?
